The text on this one got clipped cuz the paper I used is too big for my scanner... essentially it says "The Lord saveth not with sword and spear" from 1 Samuel 17:47... Of course this piece is a little sensational, and I'm not sure this is where I should've classified the picture, but otherwise it's a decent sketch, I suppose... despite the fact that the biblical account had the stone stick in goliath's forehead... etc...
If I may though... Goliath might stand out a bit more. It would lend an even better 3-d effect.

Kajm: Agreed. I kinda went crazy with the shading of the landscape. Were I to ink this, I would reduce the detail in the landscape around goliath, and thicken the boldness of his lines, at least around his figure.
Tiamat: Thanks for the comments. I tried to have a kid model David in a realisitc pose, but in the end, I just drew it outta me brain... There's something about just letting it flow that looks less mechanical.
